Purchased during the pandy for elevated squats and lunges, it worked fine for those exercises. Tried it for calf raises with a barbell and it’s not longer with us. It’s good for that it does, just don’t expected it to support anything more than body weight.

Great for checking band tension or weighting your loading pin. Also an easy way to figure out how much friction you’re getting on your sled by placing it between the rope and the sled. Never leave home without it.

Do you want your lower abs to suffer just as much as the rest? Then look no further than this Ab roller with foot straps. It allows you to do Ab roll outs of the lower abs, which are much harder than they sound. The axle in it will bend if you out too much pressure on it during the roll out, but that might only be for 200lb+ individuals. I think the tubing might be designed to go behind your heel? The straps themselves work fine.

They look suspiciously like Rogue’s OSO collars. Since they’re made of aluminum they bend very easily if you step on them or try to use them on a specialty bar. Not really the collars fault though. The plastic lever and mechanism also lead to problems with the collar keeping its shape.

It’s a decent 28mm bar. The knurling is very passive but it’s not a power bar so that’s fine. The bearings aren’t great but the bar is fairly cheap and that’s one of the ways they make it cheaper. The finish has worn very well over the past few years and it’s probably going to do well for the next few.

Not only do they kind of hold the plate in place, they also scratch up your bar. Good grip training though.

I think they’re getting tariffed out the butt. They used to be a lot cheaper. That being said they are by far the most consistent bands, holding their strength at the tensions described on the website. They’ll last forever if you treat them anywhere close to well.

Bought it from a company that no longer exists. When they made it they didn’t think about the weight being on the front of the unit. It falls over when full, so I put some kettlebells on the back.
