I feel like GMWD stepped their game up with this one. It feels very solid. You can hit a bunch of unique angles with a deep stretch. One tip when assembling, after you put the guide rods and top cap on, don’t tighten them up much at all, during your next step you’re going to put the gas spring on, and it’s a nightmare to try to push down to fit. I wrestled with the gas spring for like 30 minutes trying to get it to fit before I realized I can just loosen up the bottom and top of the guide rods to get enough play to get the gas spring where it needs to be. Once you build the rest of it, the spring has more weight evenly distributed and it glides up and down pretty easily once fully assembled. The assembly directions don’t go a great job of explaining that.

Pretty easy to put together, built like a tank. I just finished my first workout with the cart and I didn’t realize what I was missing. It’s nice to be able to wheel dumbbells to you. I’ve been used to fixed dumbbells that you’re walking to and from the rack each jump up in weight. I value ease of use in the home gym so I can tell I really will enjoy this addition

I never thought I’d like adjustable dumbbells. But after needing more weight it made more sense for me to get a pair of heavy adjustables. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with the Repins. I like to wear versa grips on heavy pull movements, that was my biggest concern with a caged dumbbell, with some effort I’m able to wear them on these. (I’m a size large in gloves but if you’re a big boy I’d imagine most straps are out of question for you with these) I added a picture to show the clearance I have with versa grips on. Also I’m a sucker for the noise these things make. The audible feedback when adjusting the weight scratches an itch for me.

Just got done putting this beast together, and immediately can understand the hype. It feels like sitting on some concrete, truly commercial grade. Coming from a budget adjustable bench I got with an all in one It feels like getting behind the wheel of a Lamborghini after driving a Pinto for the last year 😂

This is the only curl bar I’ve owned, but it’s the only one I’ve had to own because it’s so good. I like the angles on it better than most the commercial gym curl bars I’ve tried

Great resistance curve. Great value for a budget leg extension, and leg curl. After getting an all in 1 rack this was my first piece of specialty equipment. I found that coming from a commercial gym, my biggest challenge in training was leg isolation work. I have to mark it down on build quality because the seat will have some play in both the leg extension and leg curl. My hack on that is to get a ratchet strap and tighten the bar underneath the seat to the frame, but for a budget piece I’m happy with the workout I can get on it
