They're great for some movements, and not as great for others. Walking out an SSB when being the shortest lifter can be an issue, because the edges are square the camber of the bar likes to hit them. Would recommend having as long as there are other style jcups available. Great for pressing and squats with a straight bar, not as great on camber bars and short people lifting with giants (anyone over 5'9"). They look great as well.

We got them to use for pressing. They've been great for unracking a bar and having shoulder issues. We haven't used them for squats, walkouts are still preferred. The only issue is getting used to racking the bar, there isn't much there to hang the bar on when they're retracted. You get used to it, but it's not as easy as throwing the bar against jcups.

This is the third bench in our gym, after coming from a Titan adj bench that had a pretty gnarly wobble, this thing is awesome. It’s solid, heavy, but easy to move around. When the time comes to replace our second bench(Titan), this will be purchased again.

Like others have said before me, it’s the #1 gym addition to get strong, and stay strong. Having a certified gym has made my life complete, I had no idea how much I was missing out on. I’ve even updated my resume to include that I own a certified training facility. You can’t afford not to.

It’s a great attachment to be able to change grips on pull-ups. It’s flipped upside down above our Rhino for weighted pull-ups/dead hangs. For that application alone, it was worth the money buying new from Rogue. Black Widow makes a few variations that might be worth checking out before pulling the trigger on this piece.

This thing is a unit, got it because a couple guys that lift at our gym have back issues. It gets used at least twice a week, and has been left outside for 5ish years without any issues. Depending on space, it’s the best RH available. It also makes for a really nice table when not in use.

Great option for spotter arms. The low profile makes doing rack pulls and deficit deadlifts in a Rhino a possibility..These spotter arms have opened an entire world of possibilities on the Rhino. 100% would purchase again. All of Dean’s equipment is top notch.

Love anything that Dean builds. We got these to be able to do weighted dips on our Rhino, they’re perfect for our intended use. The textured paint has great grip. They’re also great for inverted rows for finishing a pull day.
