Got this off of marketplace and have used it heavily once I started training in the garage. The adjustment mechanism takes time to get used to, but after that it's pretty quick and simple to adjust height. It is a tad wobbly at times, but I haven't struggled with keeping balance on step ups or jumps onto it, even with significant amounts of weight. I wish there was a version that went slightly higher for box jumps in particular, but the heights it can go to is solid for the price and the construction.

One of the first bikes with the VPR technology and it is a stark difference to the Echo bike that replaced it. The good - VPR tech - two levels of handles for short and tall folks - smooth belt drive - handle and wheels to move around - not too much bulkier than my echo bike The meh - plastic parts - small seat that you'll likely want to replace - only tracks distance in metric (minor nitpick, I just don't like converting) - no neutral grip handle placement - slightly less range of motion (for me) The bad - the price Honestly if the only bad thing I can think about is the price, it overall is a pretty good bike with a newer and tougher technology. At the time I post this it's about the cost of an Assault Runner which is kind of steep. I haven't tried Rep's version of this but based on other reviews seems like they fine tuned theirs. Overall this is a good bike, retail price puts the value down a bit though.

I don't think there is anything that hasn't been said about this rower that I could comment on. However, this has everything you would need for low impact cardio as well as a super small storage footprint. I've rowed at least 10 km on it (was going to say 100 miles) and it has showed no signs of breaking. Batteries are the only thing that have died on me at this point with this machine.

This was a great bench for the price at the time I purchased. It's been great and worked really well. Main reason I got this bench over other benches was the ability to store this vertically in addition to the other features it had of flagship benches at the time. While newer benches have more features, this one gets the job done and has what I like - many adjustable angles of the main bench and the seat, and basic attachments that I can use. It has never felt unstable for me. I will agree the zero gap feature on this bench is something I don't typically need and tends to get in the way of adjustment rather than help. Newer benches typically solved this problem, but I don't feel like I need to replace this one.

This was the last piece of my Rogue FM HR rack that I really needed to make it complete. Though there is a ton of adjustments I typically use it at the furthest out I could in relation to the rack. I was annoyed that I didn't have a pull up bar to use with my FM HR, and this solve that issue and then some. I've done multiple sets of pull ups, weighted and unweighted, with no issues or signs of this breaking down. Really can't go wrong with this, especially with a four post functional trainer track. it eliminates the need for additional bars or handles to use for pull ups. If anything it should be considered as a piece to get with the for post functional trainer if there's no clear pull up bar

The workhorse of my gym. I'll recommend getting the shrouds as it becomes another place to put magnetic hooks or bins toward, as well as the 300 pound upgrade so you will never be strong enough to outlift the machine. Attachments are great, build quality is awesome. One issue I found and has been mentioned other places is that the HR has smaller space to put spotter arms compared to the 6 post version. You'll have to move the cable out of the way to do it. Minor inconvenience for me, but I know it can grind folks gears. Another potential issue of the FM HR is there is little in the way of permanent side attachments you can put on the holes due to the shrouds and cable system. I have struggled to find places to put landmine attachments and other barbell holders in a way that makes the rack carry everything, but it's hard to get around the shrouds and other cable parts to make it work. I've found other solutions, but just a warning if you though you could attach everything and leave it on I am happy with my choice at the end of the day. I got it for the all in one aspect as well as the smallest footprint without comprising on stack weight and plate storage. If you prefer or have room to hang things on a wall you might be able to pursue other options, but if you want something literally stacked this is a great way to go!

Good quality and have many uses. The only comment I have is that powerblocks are a lot easier to change out if you have multiple weights to use. For drop sets or circuit training it's hard to slide in and change out weight with the Pepin
