The Spud Inc belt squat definitely gets the job done. Is it comfortable? No. Does it allow for a lot of sizing variations? No. Could I tow a truck with it? Yes. With the addition of abmat's belt squat cover, it is an awesome belt but before that I found it pretty pricey and uncomfortable when loading up the belt squat. It is still my go to for belt squats, but I find some Spud Inc products to leave a bit to be desired.

Built like a tank and has a few hanging options. It is a bit pricey but if you run conjugate and use a lot of bands/chains you'll want this or something similar. I do love mine and the Rogue aesthetic is always sick. It blends right in with my gym and personally I'd definitely get it again.

I like this deadlift jack, but I've had a couple of instances where it doesn't lift it quite high enough off the ground to get the weight plates off/on. I've also had a few issues with the jack tipping over but it is a pretty easy fix to reset the jack and try again. It is a cheap alternative, and the build quality is good. I think it should come with a way to hang it for storage, but it gets a lot of use and takes up virtually zero space.

I have no idea what it is about these but I find them to be extremely comfortable to use. I hook them up to my belt squat for rows both single and double arm. I'm a big fan although I'll admit that I was skeptical when I was deciding if I should make the purchase. I believe that there are cheaper knockoffs available but I'd rather support the small business in this case.

The bench block is easy to use and allows you to overload a shorter ROM. I find this to be way more helpful than the slingshot and way easier to use than traditional blocks. This isn't a device that I use often but when I go through a bench-focused program, it is worth more than its weight in gold.

I love these little things! There are sooo many uses for them. I use them on the barbells before I put on any plates, so they are a bit quieter in my basement gym. I use them on deadlifts to move the plates farther out and get some more barbell whip. I use them on squats because my Rogue rack is annoyingly wide and I often would hit the rack while walking a barbell out. I use them on plate storage on my rack to reduce metal on metal rattling....Cheap upgrade to any home gym!

I bought this for good mornings and hip thrusts. I wanted to compare this to the HTP that abmat sells specifically for hip thrusts. I find that this padding is almost too firm to be comfortable. I prefer the HTP for hip thrusts to this, but this works well for good mornings which I find to be very uncomfortable.

I really like this product for getting a big extension in my incline sit-ups. I'd say it almost mimics using the GHD to perform sit-ups. It isn't a product that I use all the time, but I enjoy the stretch and challenge that this provides. I'd recommend if you're looking for an alternative to ab exercises since it doesn't take much room and the build quality is good.
