Honestly the reviews on this style of dumbbell were spot on but I do wish they stressed how freaking annoying it is to count all these plates and do plate math every single set. The knurling was not good but was good enough. The price was reasonable for the amount of weight that I could add on. The interlocking plate system was nice and the feel like actual dumbbells. Its nice that these don't rattle at all and they feel solid but my gosh the weight changing and plate math sucks.

If you're a kettlebell snob then this isn't for you. It is nice that it adjusts basically up to 90lbs but the feel of it isn't like a typical bell. It is tall and you need to be good at math to load plates on. The handle is pretty thin so it isn't as comfortable as a traditional bell and the shape of the plates make cleans or overhead work very uncomfortable. If you own Eisenlink dumbbells already and you will just use this for traditional swings, it is perfect.

It's an okay piece for core training. I like the variability of using the handles or strapping the feet in. I with they made a shoehorn for it because nothing makes you feel as out of shape as when you're trying the strap your feet into this thing then flip over to do some pikes or knee tucks. They are some of my favorite core exercises though. I worry about the durability of the red resistance band but it has lasted a few years of light use so far.

I'm pretty sure that I could use this to jack up my car but that being said it is a bit pricey for a big chunk of plastic. My main reason for giving fewer performance stars is that there needs to be grippy stuff on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. I thought that I could use this with my TRX strap to practice pistol squats but it slides so easily. I'd also like a rounded top edge with some grip tape for training calf raises.

This thing is awesome! I haven't found too many variations of exercises to use this for but I love static holds or regular pullups. This pairs nicely with the dog bone attachment for pullup training that has a bit more carryover to other applications i.e. rockclimbing, natural stonelifting, or grappling sports.

I believe that there are probably cheaper alternatives to this product that work just as well. Barbells should generally be stored horizontally but this still gets the job done. Rogue builds everything to be bulletproof so the build quality is very good. I think my main feedback would be that the bars need to be spaced out a bit more for specialty bars. They get jammed in there with logs and farmer's handles and they can be very difficult to remove.

The Spud Inc belt squat definitely gets the job done. Is it comfortable? No. Does it allow for a lot of sizing variations? No. Could I tow a truck with it? Yes. With the addition of abmat's belt squat cover, it is an awesome belt but before that I found it pretty pricey and uncomfortable when loading up the belt squat. It is still my go to for belt squats, but I find some Spud Inc products to leave a bit to be desired.

Built like a tank and has a few hanging options. It is a bit pricey but if you run conjugate and use a lot of bands/chains you'll want this or something similar. I do love mine and the Rogue aesthetic is always sick. It blends right in with my gym and personally I'd definitely get it again.
