This is a decent enough pull up bar. My main gripe is the powder coat. It seems like it’s too slippery for a pull up bar. It has some texture but not enough for my liking.

This is a decent bench. One of my best friends purchased it when he started his home gym. It has decent grip on the pad and a lot of adjustments. It’s not crazy heavy either.

I picked up a pair of these on Facebook marketplace for a great deal. I used them for about a year and then I sold them to a friend. They are great dumbbells. I’m personally not a fan of the cage design. I also don’t like the weight selector. I did have a small tack will break on them, but I was able to fix it.

These are great collar for the price. Nothing too fancy about them, but they work well they hold surprisingly tighter than other cheap collars.

This Barbell is almost unbeatable at the price. I got it for around $230. The knurling isn’t as sharp as most barbells in the same field, but it’s still good. I dropped tested this Barbell at 500 pounds and it was still straight as an arrow

I have the four post version of this in my shop. This is the rack that I test equipment on. I bought this when they were going out of business at an unbelievable price. It came pretty banged up, but it’s a great rack for the price.

I have used these in my neighbors garage gym for about 6 years now and they are still in decent shape. I always warm up the shoulders with these and my neighbor has had multiple people doing assisted pull ups and push up with these. They are great.

I got the opportunity to use these in massenomics gym an they were great. Really easy to use and held the plates tight.
