This makes the PR-5000 pop. There are several versions of it but the big plate was my favorite version.

It’s a great lat bar that comes with the Ares 2.0. Knurling is nice and not too aggressive for general use.

Great all around bar. The knurling is enough for basic movements. If you’re just looking at general lifting it will be the perfect single bar for you.

Love having the Ares 2.0. I have had it since December 2025. I use it six days a week. I haven’t had any issues with it. Easy to set up. Updated 3/23/26: went to workout this morning and had a major cable twist.

It’s a great intro bench. While doing kneeling moves on the bench there is more wiggle than I’d like.

The value is what is amazing. Rogue sells their version for about 150 USD. REP sells it for about 50 USD with free shipping.
