These handles were just a for fun purchase. I have a lot of time on the skierg. I typically get a forearm and bicep pump early on that takes 10 minutes so so to pass. I wanted to try something different. These handles are great. I like being able to rotate my wrists through the pull and can pull a little deeper. They’re not necessary, but I’m really glad I got them.

I have over 11 million meters rowed since I started over 15 years ago. The rowerg needs very little maintenance beyond just running some oil in a cloth over the chain once a year or so, changing batteries in the monitor, and wiping off some dried sweat and grime off the rail periodically. It’s a great full body workout on its own as well as a great warmup before lifting. I couldn’t recommend the skierg enough.

Excellent knurl and rotates smoothly. Stainless steel, so I should last a lifetime. The standard which other lat bars should be compared to.

I love these dumbbells. They adjust easily. Takes a second to put the 2.5 adder weights on but not something that bothers me. Sometimes it can be hard to rerack. I could probably adjust it to dial it in better but I just lean into one side when I rerack and it’s fine. The knurl isn’t too aggressive but I think it’s fine. I use them multiple times a week and am finally able to get strong.

Great dumbbell cart. It’s as functional as it is aesthetic. Great to have the casters so I can roll underneath bench when not using them.

Like others, I saw Coop use these for VTS safeties. They work great. Mag pins work well enough too, but I like these because they spread the weight of the trolley across the full surface of the plate coaster.

I never really liked all the foam rolling - especially getting down on the floor. I developed some tendinitis in my elbow last summer and started doing some physical therapy like this. My forearms and triceps are really tight all the time. This work really well to loosen them up. It’s pretty light and easy to change positions or store. It’s pricey but it’s worth it to me.

Works great for storing some Ironmaster attachments off the floor. Seems like it’s sold out a lot. Have to get on the email list for when it becomes available to preorder. That was my recent experience.
