The IM bench and attachments aren’t the prettiest pieces of equipment in my gym, but they just work. The preacher curl pad adjusts to 3 different angles, but it doesn’t adjust the height up and down. For myself, the height feels perfect. I’m 6’2” for reference. There is a holder for an ez curl bar but I’ve never used it. I use the pad twice a week right now for dumbbell curls and couldn’t be happier with it.

I ride my bikerg every day. It’s a great warmup before lifting. I’ve got over 17 million meters on this bike and never had any sort of problem. I use clip on pedals and a different bike seat. I’ve done 100k rides on it. Concept 2 makes great equipment and this is no exception.

One of the most unique bars I know about. I jumped at the opportunity to buy it when it became available. The knurl is great. The build quality is amazing. Of course, it’s got a ton of whip. The price tag was high, but I didn’t care. It’s a really fun bar.

I don’t recommend buying this bar but I don’t regret buying it either. One thing I don’t like about it is loading the bar with weights. It’s not smooth. Rogue deep dish plates go on better than XMaster steel plates, but it’s annoying. The plates kind of catch on the collar indents. Maybe if I used them a lot, it would smooth out. It is a nice bar. Knurl not aggressive. Fine for benching.

These attachments are well made. The knurl is very good on the handles. I use them for straight arm lat pulldowns and cable Romanian deadlifts regularly. I try to get as much red and black equipment as possible, so these fit right in.

I went the opposite direction of some other reviewers. I got the knock off Amazon handles first and liked them so much I decided to get the real thing because they’re black and not green. Absolutely, buy the Amazon knock offs. They’re great. Only buy these if you want less green handles.

Nice powder coat. The weight horns will show wear immediately from plates scraping. My came with a lot of missing hardware. The kettlebell shelf bolt was a full inch shorter than it should be. The company made me pretty angry so it’s a little hard for me to rate. At the end of the day, it looks great, takes up very little square footage, and the shelf is very handy. I’m glad I bought it, but the building experience left a lot to be desired.

The 2 handles I’d recommend for VTS are the featherlite bar and the iso handles. The iso handles are light with good knurl. Work great for pressing or pulling. Allows you to work each arm independently.
