I got the 25L GoRuck Rucker 4.0 after using an old back pack for two summers. The old back pack got the job done, but switching over to the Rucker was a huge improvement. The build quality is a lot nicer than a regular back pack and should last a really long time, which makes the price tag a little more bearable. It has high quality zippers and the straps are padded nicely and digs into your shoulder a lot less than the cheap straps on an old backpack. The two padded weight pockets keeps the plates close to the body and prevents them from moving around as you ruck. There is a large dark reflective strip in the back that allows you to be visible by cars as you ruck at night. The Rucker 4.0 has drain holes built in the bottom to prevent water retention during GoRuck events where water is involved. There is no exterior pockets and the interior pockets are held together with hook and loop Velcro instead of zippers. This can be annoying to use those pockets. However, I added some admin zipper strips from condor to as the zipper functionality back. It works great for tossing my keys and phone into without having to rip the Velcro open each time before and after a ruck. Just don’t forget your stuff is in there before doing and movements that would get them smashed by the weight of the plate. I wish there was an external water pocket for bottles, but you can add a water bladder to the inside. I usually just toss my bottle inside. The cost on the Rucker is more approachable than some of their other bags, but it’s still a lot for a “back pack” that add weight too. Speaking of weight. Their plates are great but really expensive for what they are. I was able to buy a “signature fitness 45lb cast iron plate” for around $53 vs the $125 (+tax & shipping). The off brand 45lb plate fits snugly in the long weight pocket. So it does the job for a fraction of the cost.

Takes up less room than a traditional jack. Easy to use and high quality. I love the design and it fits perfect on my Rogue Fitness plate tree between the brackets, to store nicely when not in use. Allows you to jack up one side at a time.

I ended up getting these because they were part of the get 3 free shipping and I wanted a way to do dips. So I decided on ring dips. I went with these due to price and function. I feel like these do a great job for what I use them for. I don’t use them often, but I use them for dips, and use them almost like TRX straps. I can lower the straps to do “cheater dips”, or even ring pushups. I wish the straps had numbers to make sure they were even, but most the time it’s close enough just by eyeballing it. I don’t know how these would hold up to vigorous CrossFit ring workouts, but for what I use them for the are a great addition.

I have a 20lb GoRuck Ruck plate, and a 45lb Signature fitness ruck plate (much cheaper than the 45lb goruck plate). Even though the plate is inside the Ruck bag, and “weight is weight”. There are some quality differences that make me prefer the actual GoRuck ruck plate. It is a ductile iron plate so it’s a bit stronger and gives me better piece of mine in case of drops. It also has better fit and finish than the “off brand”, with smoother edges. The GoRuck has a better powder coat that is supposed to offer a better rust resistance. Plus it’s USA Made. So if those things matter. Also you know it’s designed to fit in the GoRuck bags in their plate pocket so you don’t have to question if your off brand plate will fit. I’m happy with the plate and would recommend it, just wish the GoRuck line of plates weren’t so expensive.

This thing is just cool! Plus a challenge! Pinch grip is a lot harder than you’d think. It’s well made; and I like the color. The new one appears to be more silver. It feels like a collectors piece that you get to actually use! lol

This is very well made and heavy duty! I tried it for the first time at the Grip Genie booth at the Shaw Classic a few in 2024. I thought it was pretty cool especially trying out a few implements at the ArmliftingUSA booth. It gave me the grip bug. So I got a few items from Grip Genie that day and this was one of them. It’s a lot of fun to use and is pretty taxing once you get it loaded up. It’s also a bit cheaper in price than the Iron Mind Rolling Thunder which made it appealing.

These are great! The value you get out of these allows you to supplement them with a lighter dumbbell set. I’ve got a bunch of 10lb plates along with 5’s, and 2.5’s to basically be able to build every weight I could need. I usually use them for anything over 75lbs. They can be a little awkward, but it’s manageable. If you really want to get crazy you can add 45’s for some heavy rows lol. They are supposed to be rated for upto 225lbs each handle. I’ve loaded the up to 170lbs to try and mimic a Thomas Inch Dumbbell. So far that’s the heaviest I’ve had them loader up with. They are 15lbs unloaded and the knurling is pretty good. They don’t feel cheap, and they feel like they will last. The customer service for fringe sport was amazing when I ordered them too. It was just one item I was purchasing but the customer service rep treated me as if I was spending thousands.

I have a 100lb and a 150lb Camo Strongman Sandbags. I really like the sandbag training. They are a butt kicker and will have you suckling wind. I have debated on picking up a Cerberus Strength sand stone at some point for training closer to atlas stones without having any. You can do so many bings with strongman sand bags, bag over bar, shouldering, bag over shoulders toss, picks, carries, hugs for time, sandbag squats, sandbag good mornings, sand bag loads, over head presses, sandbag burpees, get creative! The quality of these bags are pretty good! Made in the USA and don’t leak.
