Gold standard of bands, in my opinion. I’ve had a couple dry rot or develop small tears over time, but they’re affordable enough to replace.

They hold bands well! Not sure what else to say. But I need to say more to reach 50 characters.

Solid and have had no issues. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust. Have primarily used it for incline bench.

Solid piece. Very difficult to get onto the bar. No issues - used one time and loaded my bench about 30 lbs higher than worksets.

Wow this thing is unexpectedly brutal. Built solid. Love the wheels. Did not expect it to be so effective at smoking my hamstrings. Highly recommend.

Works just as it’s supposed to. Pretty firm. No need to spend more than what this costs.

Honestly have had no issues. They’re lightweight, so you don’t really have to factor them in to the total weight on the bar (unless you need to be absolutely precise). They’ve securely held 400+ with quite a bit of bar bend.

It’s pretty cheap quality, but you can’t really beat the price. I’ve used it mostly for dips. It’s a little awkward to get on and off, but it generally stays put and does the trick. Would recommend for sure.
