Nice bar does the job a deadlift bar does great knurling and whip

These are the best Iron plates I have around 900 pounds worth and have taken a beating and the coating starts to wear about 4 years in but is developing a beautiful patina

I love strength co but these suck, they pop off at the smell of horse cocking any weight, my rare recommendation is to go with rogue mag HG collars, these guys live on my kids bar now.

This has been my buddy since the beginning and has taken a beating and is a shame it is never mentioned on the podcast, especially since strength co is one of the sponsors. knurling is aggressive, I have been beating this guy to shit with zero maintenance and it keeps showing up again the next session ready for another beating.

Basically a cheaper version of the Iron Mind Thunder it is well built and works the same

Not sure why I bought this but sometimes I use it and it’s cool, but then I ask myself once more why I bought this, I think it was on clearance. I never even played D&D

Came with rusted welds out of the box, the cambered angle grip amounts leave some to be desired. Works good for seal rows, and bent over rows, skip this for benching.

Badass bench if you are a dude that lifts, my wife can’t move this thing.
