This is a solid rack for a small set of dumbbells. Price is good. Holds an entire set of 5 Paris of dumbbells. The only issue was weight capacity so I had to break up the dumbbells between it and the 3 shelf rack next to it as I am adding dumbbells past 50 up to 75.

I like this but my wife really likes it. Belt squat is a nice way to change up squat routine. This takes up no space which is a big plus. We have the dual weight horn add on which helps a lot even with just making it easier to changed plates. We also have the swan neck which has been nice for storing and moving side to side if we need to adjust to get out of the way of something else. The kickstand we have also but I almost feel like that is a default and not really an add on as I think everyone needs that. My wife still did not like how far down she had to squat and pick up the weight to start so she put a small wooden block on the floor and kickstand sits on it so it lets her start as 0 resistance and then when she moves the kickstand she can start the set. We have it attached to a Rogue Monster Strip off of a wall so lets us use it wall mounted and not rack mounted but not fixed on the wall as we can move it up and down the monster strip.

One of my favorite flags from massenomics. It really helps to keep people from curling in the rack and disrespecting my rack.

I really like this jack. I like the fact it is a full jack to lift to bar on both sides. The big feature of this jack is that it has the rollers so you can easily adjust the bar which is very helpful. The price makes this a good value as well.

Love this new grip for tricep pushdowns. I like that it rotates. I like the color options. I think for the money it is hard to beat as others cost way more.

My wife and I love these roller j-cups. I got them from Rogue but have a Rep rack but Rogue gave me a shim kit that made these fit well on my rack. Having the rollers now seems like a necessity as it makes it so nice to just easily center the bar before lifting.
