About the Gym

ALLEN IRON CITADEL— where a dad is trying to get strong along with his wife and four daughters. Originally started in 2020 with a Costco Power rack package suggestion from my wife in attempt to find a a therapeutic way to deal with the daily stress PTSD as a decade plus ICU RN / Paramedic. It has grown since then and has saved my life and I have been totally sucked into powerlifting, strength and calisthenics.
