About the Gym

Started the gym in January of 2016 with a titan t-3 rack and 500lbs of weight from Craigslist. Gradually evolved from plate loaded to selectorized equipment that was found on Craigslist, OfferUp or marketplace. Have pieces from Life Fitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Maxicam, Titan, Rogue, etc. gym is used by my dad and myself and guarded by a couple of strays.
