About the Gym

The gym consists predominately of Rogue equipment, with a few items from Fringe, Rep, Titan, and Life Fitness. Also, a few items from a local company named Hudson Steel mainly because they meet my basement height restrictions - great products. Anticipate adding other pieces of equipment from other brands in the future on my home gym journey.
