About the Gym

A gym made during the pandemic times when a few friends wanted to have a space where they could lift. What started very barebones with some simple racks, 3 bars and a set of bumper plates. Became one of the only gyms in the region with powerlifting comp equipment and strongman toys, and a focus on also building your endurance. Owned by 6 people this gym is not open to public situated 2 floors underground where we can be as annoying and loud as they want to be. Guests are welcomed with a headsup and we like to share with likeminded people. Also, likely the first Gym in Europe/Switzerland to having had the Kabuki Trapbar, Kadillac and Transformer Bars at the same time. While cold in the Winter (no heating), it's comfortable in the summer heat when the sun doesn't reach underground.
