About the Gym

I've only been lifting for a couple years after a lifetime avoiding the gym. Something clicked and I've been hooked ever since. This gym started from humble beginnings with a Fitness Reality 810XLT rack we'd purchased for our daughter (travel softball). After years of gathering dust, I started working out to lose weight and rehab my knees. The gym has grown organically in response to my own needs and interests, swapping out bits here and there to fit my programming style.
