I bought this squat box which has held up great. It is lightweight and stable and perfect for box squats, which I have not done in years. It is now a glorified end table, but the branding is top notch and I don't want to sell it.

I bought a pair of 25 pound chains and was all excited to do conjugate. Unfortunately, I only bench once per week and trying to throw in bands, chains or specialty bars is just a waste of time at that volume. I haven't sold them yet, but they do collect dust.

I was introduced to med balls in CrossFit and my primary movement is still wall ball shots in my garage. I use them for Hyrox training and also for Deka.Fit that has med ball sit-ups. The Dynamax brand is softer leather and more durable than a med ball I have from Rage Fitness and another from Simpson's Fitness Supply.

This was a second bench that I bought and I have absolutely no complaints with its performance, price or functionality. However, as some athletes like a wide pad and even go wider with a Thompson Fat Pad, I prefer the narrower pad of my Cybex flat bench. This is a great piece, but is now a back up bench that I occasionally pull out for accessory movements.

I have the tall, three shelf system and really like it. The angled shelfs are perfect for dumbbells. My top shelf is grip equipment. The bottom shelf usually has plates, but currently houses totes with equipment that I use less often. It is stable when weighted. However, if I were going to set up Crossover Symmetry or something else, I would likely anchor it to the wall.

I have tried plenty of collars and the Rogue collars fasten very securely and the magnets are a nice touch. My wife and kids do not like them as much because they take more force to open and close. While they are no longer my preferred collar, I have no complaints with the design or performance.

I was introduced to rotational strength training during covid and enjoyed learning a series of different swings including 360 swing, ballistic curls, switch squats, archer press, shoulder curls and barbarian squats. Maces have a long history and have been used by wrestlers in India for thousands of years. I still use the mace on a regular basis, but it is mostly just (10) 360 swings in each direction to warm up the shoulders. I think the mace works better than kettlebell halos and other shoulder openers.

I got a pair of these off of Facebook Marketplace for $5. I was using 2.5 pound plates which work just as well. I eventually upgraded to a full size deadlift jack. These do continue to see use. I use them primarily when I am doing Torque Tank sled push or pulls. I can quickly lock the wheels and release the wheels between intervals. Would I recommend buying or keeping in a gym bag, No. Will them come in handy in unexpected ways, Yes.
