I purchased these back in 2020 and they have held up great. The color has faded a bit as is expected with these. I like the density and the bounce. It is not dead, but it is not bouncy either. I used them exclusively on stall mats. I am not sure how well they would hold up lifting on rough concrete.

These are my daily drivers for squat and bench. The ergonomic feel is timeless and even when I am tired, I am not going to drop one of these on my foot. They are expensive retail, but can be found in the secondary markets for around $2/pound.

I bought a partial set of plates 25-10-5-2.5 in the secondary market and love them. They have a traditional vintage shape. I decided to highlight the letters with white and blue paint pens. I also like the background in that they were designed and produced for a short time during the 2020 equipment shortages. The steel was supposedly from recycled military equipment (tanks, etc.)

I bought this when it was on sale from Titan Fitness for around $100. It is well built. I do not find myself using it very often. I typically will use a standard barbell or an axle bar. The 3 inch bar is great for competition.

While some folks consider this an overpriced gym table, it is essential for my back health. It is built into my warm up. I purchased it after a back tweak on a yoke carry and since purchasing it 3 years ago, my back has been healthy and happy when lifting.

The ski erg complements the row erg well. It is a great cardiovascular stimulus utilizing the anterior rather than the posterior change. I typically use it for CrossFit (interval) style training. I chose to get it with a base so that I would have a little more flexibility on where to put it in the gym.

I like the bike erg for steady state efforts. The intensity is lower than the Rogue Echo Bike or Assault Fitness Air bike. I most often use it as a warm up or if I need to do a 30 minute effort while I am watching television. They hold their value well. Retailing for $1100 and often selling for $800+ in secondary markets.

The Concept2 Rower is an iconic piece. The company is great to do business with and they stand by their products. It is the standard for competition. It is very durable and low maintenance. The rower also holds its value well. It retails for $1000 and typically sells for $700+ on the secondary markets.
