Anything short of a 5 star review for a sphere of concrete is blasphemy.

Very underrated bar from tian. This is by far my favorite seal row bar on the market an no one talks about it. It’s just solid steel with bent handles welded to it. Nothing fancy, but it does the job very well. 60lbs start weight. The knurling (texturing) is actually pretty good. Unlike using cambered bars for seal rows, this actually allows you to get a full ROM without even coming close to hitting your bench. And for $150 you really can’t afford not to.

I got this bar as a gift from Kurt from the Kurt Locker and it’s solid but Nothing special. It’s only slightly whippier than an Ohio Deadlift bar but significantly stiffer than a Texas DL bar. For the price of $350, I’d rather get a bare steel Ohio DL bar and know that Rogue’s customer service will take care of you. Or for another $50ish you can either get a black zinc Texas DL bar or a cerakote Ohio DL bar. If a coated DL bar is important to you, this is one of the cheaper options but again, I’d prefer a bare steel or zinc Texas bar over this any day, and it’ll only cost you about $50 more. Also, The end caps are just stickers.

When I bought this bench it was about $150 cheaper than the Rep equivalent (ab-5200) and it was worth it. However, it’s now almost exactly the same price and there’s one glaring issue. I had this bench and sold it for one simple reason. The metal shrouds around the wheels make it so you only have about 20 degrees of a rollable angle . Meaning that in a small space, this thing is a pain in the booty to maneuver. It’s an easy fix but youd have to take an angle grinder to it. Other than that, it’s a solid bench and I’d recommended at the $400 I purchased mine for, but NOT at what it’s currently priced at. You’ve be better off with the Rep AB-5200, which is what I now have in its place.

For the money, this thing is hard to beat. Nothing fancy about it whatsoever, but it gets the job done. If you only have deep dish plates or bumpers you will not be able to fit many plates on the short sleeves but if you have weight it out plates or calibrated plates like I do, you’ll have no problem loading this with 6+ plates per side.

I’ve pulled on basically every deadlift bar there is and this was by far my favorite. I had an opportunity to buy one in buckle, and I passed it up and it’s one of the bigger regrets of my life.

I’m a little biased but I truly think these are the best lever arm handles on the market. I think that’s about as objectively true as a subjective measurement can get. Even though I’m the owner and creator, I made these out of necessity for my training and I still use them nearly every workout 5-7 days per week. They’re also way more versatile than most people thing. These can be used as a cable attachment (opened handle) as pull-up handles, dip handles, for Hatfield squats, tricep and bicep work, etc.
