Great to add on to a y1 or y2 yoke so you can safely bench, ohp, squat, do rack pulls ect... Adds a lot of versatility to the yoke since you can now use it as a squat stands
Easily the best lat pull down bar I've ever used. Some of the gen pop clients at the gym don't love it because of the kurling but that's exactly why I love it. Best made lat pull bar on the market, feels like griping a barbell ♥️
Am I the only one who doesn't always like the bar in the front of the j hook to start for every exercise? It can get annoying that the bar only wants to stay in the front of the j cup because of the tapered cone design. I understand this is supposed to be a feature of the j hook but I do not prefer it . Build quality is great but so is everything by ghost
If you don't have the room or funds for a belt squat this is a great alternative so you can still do squats without loading your spine. Obviously there are draw backs to this over a true belt squat but you'll still get most of the training benefits
Tried these at a Kabuki demo, cool but not something most people will have any idea how to utilize, they never seemed to catch on. Not something I was interested in either. Good build quality
