Easily the best lat pull down bar I've ever used. Some of the gen pop clients at the gym don't love it because of the kurling but that's exactly why I love it. Best made lat pull bar on the market, feels like griping a barbell ♥️

Am I the only one who doesn't always like the bar in the front of the j hook to start for every exercise? It can get annoying that the bar only wants to stay in the front of the j cup because of the tapered cone design. I understand this is supposed to be a feature of the j hook but I do not prefer it . Build quality is great but so is everything by ghost

If you don't have the room or funds for a belt squat this is a great alternative so you can still do squats without loading your spine. Obviously there are draw backs to this over a true belt squat but you'll still get most of the training benefits

Great quality power bar that was built extremely well by Chris duffin, it's a shame these aren't being built anymore. Many peoples favorite power bar

Tried these at a Kabuki demo, cool but not something most people will have any idea how to utilize, they never seemed to catch on. Not something I was interested in either. Good build quality

Soild leg press but weight stack instead of plate loaded is very limiting, most decently strong people could max this out for reps.

Used these at our USAPL meet that wes the owner of texas strength systems ran, they worked great and were super convenient for meet day . Also you can use a dolly to pick up the whole weight tree with the weights still on it

We have a few different brands of these. This Amazon one included and honestly I can't tell much of a difference. They all seem built the same, but when you get it from it Amazon ships fast. If you have any issues They'll usually take care of it. I will most likely be getting these from Amazon moving forward
