I like how convenient they are to be able to stick to the rack while I adjust weights. The lever also locks in place in the open position which is nice. There are a few instances where the lever will stick and require some jiggling to come loose, but overall they're nice. A little pricey for how they feel as far as build material but nothing too crazy. Update: I dropped a 55lb bumper plate on top of one on the ground and you couldn't tell anything happened. Sturdier than they feel.

Not only signals that this is a silly goose facility, but also reminds guests that today's training session is not a serious goose affair.

They're great for overloading your triceps on bench press and can be used for a few other exercises like pushups and dips. They last for a long time and are super easy to pack in a gym bag. They're also just fun to use if your training ever gets stale and you just want to horse, heft and heave some heavy loads.

They weigh the same as advertised, the handles on them let you use them as kettlebells in a pinch, and the contour makes them as comfortable as a weight pate can get in a vest. I'm sure there's cheaper options, but these are worth the money in my opinion.

I keep a 20lb vest and a 30lb pack on mine and haven't noticed any kind of flex or any sign that it's under load. Can confirm that the coat rack will break before the hook.

A little pricey for what it is, but they're built pretty well and are really useful for warmups.

It's a really fun and unique grip implement for anyone that wants to switch things up in training. Having one side flat and one side have small circular nubs forces you to take a unique grip that other implements don't usually require.

It's a solid loading pin, nothing complex about it and pretty cheap. The only complaint is the shape of the tab at the top and the position of the hole makes it awkward to connect certain carabiners through.
