I have no complaints on these other than how humbling they are. I've had a few for the past 8 years and the only changes I've seen is a little discoloration on the coils.

What is there to say that hasn't been said before? The future in drink spotting equipment is here and it's made from 5052 aircraft grade aluminum and is American made.

They work great for doing some added grip work without having to get another bar. I'd also recommend trying them out during light warmup sets for your main lifts to warm up your forearms extra. I don't know anyone who owns these and have had any major gripes with them.

It's a nice barbell, especially for the $120 I paid for it. I'm not super well versed in all things barbell, but it seems like a really nice middle of the road barbell for basic barbell lifts. Even though it's a blemish bar, it took me a few minutes of close inspection to find that the blemish is a small streak towards the inside of the sleeve.

It's a great vest overall. The initial setup is a little frustrating but once it's set up you won't need to change anything for a long while. Plates stay secured inside the front and back pockets well, the side bands give enough stretch to let you breathe, it's pretty comfortable for a plate carrier, and you can fold up the front panel and attach it to the front of the vest to keep it out of the way while you adjust the fit.

This bench is insanely sturdy but that comes at the cost of it being heavier than most home gym benches. It's more of a bench you'd expect to find in a commercial gym and can be difficult to move around small spaces. The pad is really nice and has some good grip for benching, the zero gap pad is nice and pretty easy to adjust, and it stores vertically to save space when not in use. I'd recommend it if you find it used at a good price, but it might be a little too much bench for most people.
