It works as advertised and I think it's worth the money. Replaces multiple boards for pressing, removes the need for someone to hold the boards, and is pretty easy to toss in a gym bag for anyone that lifts at a commercial gym. If you're lifting in an uninsulated gym in the winter, you might want to store them somewhere warm because they're prone to shrinking when they cool down and make it almost impossible to use.

The certification process is grueling but it's worth it's weight in gold in the end!

Overall they're great plates to use if you don't mind paying a little extra than some other brands. They are pretty slick when you first get them, but the residue will wear off with regular use, or you can wipe it off pretty well. For smaller spaces, they do off-gas a little bit so you'll have that new rubber smell but in my experience it was so subtle that the smell went away after a week.

It should come standard with the bike so having to pay extra is a little annoying but it gets the job done. Haven't had any issues with screws coming loose or any parts breaking but could definitely be better built if you're going to be asked to pay for it seperately.

A nice inexpensive option for anyone that wants a no-frills scale. It's not the best built machine by any means, but that's to be expected at this price point. It comes with mounting hardware to mount the screen to a wall, but the cord is a little too short for taller folks. Overall a good buy!

A great inexpensive rechargeable dynamometer you can get relatively quickly if you want one. Is it accurate? We may never know. But is it fun to have laying around? Absolutely.

If you have the space, this is possibly one of the best cardio machines you could add to your gym. i spent years on the original chain-drive air bikes and after using this once, I won't be going back if I have the choice. The belt drive system eliminates almost all coasting so you're forced to keep the pedals moving if you want to keep the calories/distance moving up. The only downside I see with the belt drive system is you can't manually adjust the resistance like you can with other bikes but I think that helps keep you honest.

In my opinion, the wind guard is completely necessary if you're in a colder gym or riding for a longer time. It's easy to install and remove so you can choose if you want a little extra wind on your face.
