Stout, versatile, and effective. The paint is grippy and chalks well but it chips and flakes off easily.

Considerably more comfortable and versatile than other pinch grip implements but none the less challenging. The paint is grippy and chalks well but it chips and flakes off easily, too.

It's stable and stout. However, what arrived from Golden Grips (on the right) is not what is advertised on their website (on the left). It's still a good deal but certainly less refined than expected.

It does one thing really well. If that's worth $100+ is a tough call. Some welding spatter and surface rust that don't affect use are present but for the price, you'd hope the fit and finish would be better. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

For $50, it's worth a shot. Surprisingly hard, especially when resistance is added. Other versions, namely those with carabiner anchoring points, exist but many would pivot in use when one leg pulled more strongly than the other. And while REP and Force 6 make versions with wider anchoring points, they're also double and triple the price, respectively. And with space at a premium, the extra inches these consume would have limited range of motion. So, I bought this, threw on some spare soft-loop tie downs and shaft collars, and regret it the next day when the DOMS set in.

Using this for mechanical drop sets, it's a great way to get a pump or warm up. Probably my favorite attachment for face pulls, as well. Build quality is on par with Spud Inc and it even comes with a pretty sweet carabiner.

Does the job and for like $12? Hard to complain about much.

Takes me back to building with LEGO as a kid, finding new ways to use my pieces in ever more practical ways. That puzzle is endlessly rewarding to me but is bested by the end result: More crap but less of it on my floor.
