Perfect fleg to go along with the silliest club I know

Definitely an upgrade to your regular j cup. I like the return roller but I can see how some don’t. Mine fit tight to both uprights and don’t budge while re-racking.

I’m a broken record with singing the praises of JD’s knurling but it’s also the reason I’ve purchased most of his catalogue. The knurling is grippy and the flared stopper at the bottom really locks in your hand placement at higher loads

Simple but well made. The knurling is just as great as the rest of JDs catalogue. Feels great to use

One of the only 5/8” options that don’t take up 6” of rack space. They’re pretty good leg rollers. I don’t feel any flex while using them. They’re convenient to use but padding could be better

Nice organized way to get all of my attachments up off the ground. The ability to use the wall control accessories and regular peg board accessories gives you a huge array of ways to organize your gear. I wish I had gotten these sooner

I mainly use this for cable hamstring curls. The built in attachment point is a bit small so I had to add a shackle to get my carabiners to work with it. The wheels move smoothly and the whole thing is built well. The little design tweaks are nice
