THE PM5 monitor is easy and intuitive to use and program workouts; it also connects to heart rate monitors to track your effort. Concept 2's resources are really what sells this. They have programs you can follow, online challenges, and digital regattas you can compete in. From easy steady state pieces to hard max effort sprints, this thing will kick your butt in the best way.
