York vintage Dumbell handles. The ones I have a 15 lbs each without the original collars that came with that i eventually sold off in favor of modern collars. The handles have ok knurling better than most of the split sleeve bars but still rather passive. I personally don’t use these often as I have a full set of dbs but if someone wanted to do some dbs rows over a 100 lbs these come in handy. Purchased in 2020

York smooth shaft 22 lb curl bar. I acquired this vintage curl bar in 2018 for only $50 in Part of a larger bulk purchase. It did come With a pair of vintage collars I just didn’t find myself ever using them So eventually purged the gym of several different pairs of vintage collars. The curl bar its self is nice even if it didn’t come with the gym. Good bends that feel good on the wrist and elbows, and it’s technically rackable as all curl bars are if you put your mind to it.

York 20 kg Deep Dish Plates are the most rare plates I have ever owned. They are very similar to the 45 lb labeled or unlabeled York deep dish but obviously part of a kg set and labeled as such. I don’t recall the specific but I know the grip guys have said the hub is different from the 45s in terms of difficulty to hub lift the plate. I scored a pair of these in 2019 for 80 cents a pound in a bundle with some Roundheads. This was a couple years before I started my own collection of deep dish York 45s so when the offers started rolling in I started to listen and ended up taking a very lucrative one at the time that gave me a pair of unmarked 45 deep dish and $3,000. That money went a long way in Somme NWC expansions so overall I don’t regret the sale but I would be cool to still have them for the collection still.

I use this on my rogue adjustable bench 2.0, it makes it much safer to stand up that just having it rest on and potentially damage the edge of the pad. I was generously gifted one of these by Big American Joey E

I made a pair of 17” 3.5 lb wooden techniques plates for my wife to use post surgery so she could deadlift at the correct at a lighter weight that she was comfortable with. Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buy a 17” pine round and drill a 2” hole in the center with hole saw and bam you have a 3.5 lb wooden techniques plate. Built in 2017

I made a 4 pound 7’ long pvc barbell years ago for my wife to use post surgery. It’s a main piece of pvc with couplers on either side that step up to a 2” sleeve that can take plates and collars. This was instrumental in her recovery, allowing her to handle a bar on the big 3 while keeping the weight safe her under 15 lbs Built in 2017

My review is specifically for the 3/4 foam puzzle mats that are the identical height at a 3/4 stall mat NOT the thinner mats other people are reviewing under this item. I have about 250 square feet of my gym flooring made up of these, they are specifically in a warm up / stretching section of the gym I didn’t need stall mats in. Much cheaper and easier to modify than a stall mat but I have to stress only talking about the thicker 3/4” ones. These somewhat match my existing diamond plate stall mats. These have held up great for my intended purpose. Purchased in 2021
