The Rogue Rubber Hex Dumbbell is similar to any other rubber hex dumbbell currently available on the market yet significantly more expensive. Aside from price my only other complaint is the white, powdery haze that doesn't seem to go away. Apparently, if you apply "Armor All Protectant" this will restore the rich, black color. I purchased these to match the Rogue aesthetic of my gym but any other rubber hex dumbbell would have been equally as good.

Purchased the Concept 2 Model D Rower (PM5) in June of 2020. I used this machine regularly when I was doing CrossFit and have logged 598071 lifetime meters. This rower is often compared to the Rogue Echo Rower (both priced similarly at around $900 to $1000) and in my opinion is the gold standard among high end rowing machines currently available. The PM5 monitor is fantastic and simple to navigate and the overall build quality of the machine is exceptional. The Concept 2 Rower was a staple of the CrossFit Games for 18 years with the first iteration being introduced in 1981. It's hard to argue durability and performance with those statistics.

Purchased the Rogue Flat Utility Bench 2.0 in August of 2020. This has been my primary bench for nearly six years and is used frequently in my home gym. The build quality is exceptional and is equipped with a standard 12-inch wide, 2.5-inch thick pad. This bench has been updated and can now be purchased with a textured foam pad for $195.00. If you are in the market for a no frills, heavy duty flat bench consider the Rogue Flat Utility Bench 2.0.

Purchased the IronMind Captains of Crush Hand Gripper (Trainer - 100 lb) in January of 2019 to rehab an injury resulting in significant loss of mass and strength. This piece of equipment was an absolute life saver and expedited the recovery process significantly. This item is well built and priced accordingly at $29.95.

Purchased in October 2020 from Amazon for $22.99 this is the red speckled version of the 36" Yes4All Roller EPP. This roller has seen moderate use in my home gym and has held up well. The roller is firm, lightweight and priced accordingly. In my opinion it is among one of the best foam rollers in this price category.

Purchased the Rogue USA Aluminum Collars in June 2020. I presently own several high quality barbell collars and these are hands down some of the best on the market. They provide more than adequate clamping power to secure plates to the bar and have proven to be extremely durable. Priced at $45.00 at the time of this review these barbell collars are a no-brainer.

Is it a Glute Ham Developer (GHD) or a Glute Ham Raise (GHR)? Regardless, this is a terrific machine well worth its asking price. Made with a heavy duty steel frame the build quality is excellent and is easily adjustable for nearly any body type. It does have a larger footprint but if you have the space I would recommend the Rogue Abram GHD 2.0 to anyone wanting to strengthen there lower posterior chain. Moreover, if you experience any lower back pain or discomfort this machine can be a great accessory exercise for any training program.
