Built heavy duty and came in as expected. Biggest downside for some might be the short length of the arm that has you hooking in while being very close to the weight stack. I am far from maxing this out, but for maximum weight thinner plates are the way to go

Small and compact but add versatility to several movements. I like to use these for weighted hands and they make this exercise a lot easier on the shoulders.

Very pricey where I've seen them but a unique little tool/way to throw weight around.

Use these at at away gym often. Unique look but other than that, just another style of bumper plates.
