When I saw this piece, I thought it might be good for me since I have had both of my his replaced. I used a similar machine during physical therapy. I am sure the machine I used then was much more expensive. I purchased this with the thought in mind that it might not be all that great, but I was sure wrong. The machine arrived with really great instructions, and I was able to get it put together fairly quickly. Although not commercial it was pretty heavy duty. The paint was good and the action in every direction was smooth. As I used it, I felt like it was just as good as the higher priced unit I used for PT. I have no complaints about this machine.

The Rev Bar is a work of art. It can be used for several exercises. It looks like a heavy piece, but it is perfectly engineered and balanced. The feel of it is awesome. The handles are a bit thicker than others which really enhances the control and the feedback while using it. Mine is black, but there are some color options. The Rev Bar is more towards the high end for these types of attachments, but if you can afford it I would highly recommend it.

This is well built for the price, but it comes in third to the Rogue Tricep piece and the Rev Bar (Porter Phys Ed). It is not quite as versatile and well built as the others. For the price it is a nice attachment and way less expensive as the others mentioned. I would certainly recommend this for those on a budget.

This is an excellent attachment. It is really well built and multi-functional. The motion in any direction is so smooth. You can use it for lots of different exercises….tri-extentions, cable curls, lat pull downs, and pullovers to name a few. It comes in a few colors, and there is another handle angle option some might like, but I think that one is less versatile(just my opinion). I think the price is reasonable for the value.

I did not especially like these plates. As I used them I decided they were too thick for my needs. They seem like nice plates, but I wanted something thinner. They may be just what you need though.

This is a nice solid bench. I had an AB5200 Bench which I sold because it was cumbersome to move around. I am getting older and I wanted something a bit lighter, so I chose this one. It is a high-quality bench. The padding is very nice and the covering is grippy enough. I am a larger person, and I fit well on the bench and it feels very stable. There is a "gap" but it does not seem to affect much. I recommend this bench if you are looking for a solid bench that is easy to move and looks great. Let me add....I am not knocking the AB5200. It is a great bench too. I might consider the RitFit Gator if I were doing it again.

I am sure there may be bars like this with a few more bells and whistles, but as far as doing what it is meant for, I think one would be hard pressed to find one that does a better job for the price. The padding is great. I have used it regularly for a couple of years and it still looks pretty new. I have been terrible at squatting throughout my years, but this bar has allowed me to squat without the wrong kind of pain. It has been a "game changer".

I love this machine. I am a big person (6'3" and close to 300lbs) and I fit well into this machine. I have had both knees and both hips replaced and I feel great when I use this. I also feel very safe. The machine looks great and is built very well. I have used it alot during the two plus years I have owned it. It still looks and works great.
