This is the best ab strap I've used. Feels comfortable to use, great length, and is perfectly strong. If you're going to get an ab strap just spend the extra 20-30 bucks on this vs. cheap amazon ones. You won't regret it.

Probably the best and tightest fitting collars you can get for the price. I've had mine for over 4 years now and they're just as tight fitting as the day I got them. Even on deadlift they don't let the plates slide much.

It's wild to deadlift with. Getting whip on 225 is absurd but super fun. They're not in business anymore and the TBP is honestly better for the price. But if you can get a deal on the second hand market and want it for fun then I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic vest. For $150 you get any weight vest you want. Obviously you need plates, but if you have a gym and you're buying this you probably have plates. The only downside is that the material doesn't cover the whole plate so it can rub off on your shirt and stain it. Just wear a black shirt or something you don't care if it gets rust/ rubber stains on them from the plate. Also the Velcro on the sides will cut into your skin and doesn't feel great if you wear a cut off or no shirt with it. So again just wear a normal black t-shirt and you'll be gold.

Compared to normal plate loaded dumbbells these are iffy. If you don't mind taking more time to load them up and then tighten them then these are great. They are very good for heavy loading as they'll stay nice and tight and won't wobble and you can set them on your legs w/out putting a hole in them. I'd recommend getting them in addition to a normal plate loaded db for heavy lifting. Don't let them be your first.

If you need a starting pair of adjustable DBs then these are the way to go. These got me into lifting and I still use them for lighter work. Hopefully you'll outgrow them eventually, but until you get that strong these are perfect. They can get wobbly and the plates sometimes fall off or don't get hooked great sometimes, but just take care of them and you'll be just fine.

Knurled axles are the future. Highly recommend getting one. You know where to put your hands and you actually have grip while pressing and some traction while cleaning it up your chest.

If you have a T-2 rack I'd recommend getting these for the outside of it. I wouldn't trust them to save my life, but they'll work for holding weight to lift off. Get the pin and pipe safeties if you squat and bench on the inside.
