It’s a basic landmine attachment- better than what you will find on Amazon but some typical BoS sloppy (though functional) welds. It swivels around fine and is a great way to add diversity to your workouts for a pretty reasonable price. It doesn’t have the fancy magnets and can get impeded on travel path due to it being mounted on the bottom cross beam. But it works fine!

The Tractor Supply horse stall mats are tried and true. They run about $40-$50 a mat. They get the job done- honestly your biggest concern is dropping heavy weight or deadlifting heavy and these have proven to be able to handle that just fine. I let mine air out for a day and washed them down with a mop. The smell hasn’t been bad, honestly pretty faint, but they do hang out in my shed so it probably helps that process speed along. Cutting them is a pain in the butt and moving them around is cumbersome. I like linking mine with those attic brackets you can grab at Home Depot. But honestly they aren’t going anywhere.

This is my first Rogue product and it lives up to the name…mostly. The bends in the bar are the best on the market in my opinion and is ultimately why I decided to buy this attachment. It’s just so comfortable for curls and tricep extensions. I even have used it for skull crushers and lat pull down work (it’s actually wide enough to be useful). The thing is heavy duty! It feels awesome in hand with good knurling. But MAN, it’s so heavy that if I take the weight off the cable system to re-rack the weights, it will come crashing down and hit me right on the head a couple times. You have to remember to take the attachment off before you unload the weight so it doesn’t come crashing down from the weight of the bar. User error for sure, but a slight annoyance. Lastly, as others have mentioned you need to lubricate it, which is crazy for an attachment that’s like $140 from Rogue. But we move on…I think. Honestly if some other company made similar bends and slashed the price I think it would be a home run since the current price point is high.

Like others, I bought this initially for landmine belt squats. Yes it’s an imperfect system for a belt squat, but it’s a decent budget option. You just have to make sure you can get elevated with a gap in between your legs to allow for the barbell to move up and down. I typically stand on 10 degree wedges to get me some extra height. Also, you will have a much better experience with a belt squat belt- a dip belt gets the job done but you have to be creative so it doesn’t cinch down on you with all the weight. One of the other reasons I like this attachment is that I can loop in any cable attachment which is awesome for landmine rows. It’s pretty versatile, but it’s not the best at any one movement but neither are most landmine related movements. The build quality is BoS-like. Looks good enough, the welds leave some room to be desired, and gets the job done.

I initially bought this for hip thrusters but have since got the AbMat pad that is significantly better for that movement. This works well enough for hip thrusters but if you position it wrong the bar will go right through the velcro portion and then it’s like you aren’t even using the pad. It’s made of great material and has held up well and wasn’t a crazy price. Now I don’t use it much- my wife and her friends sometimes use it for barbell squats. It’s good at what it’s intended for, but I don’t have much of a use case.

This was a very hyped cable attachment on YouTube in 2025. It is a good quality and feels good in hands. I use it primarily for shoulder raises, cable flys, and single arm rows. I also attach it to my barbell for landmine attachments. It has a lot more mobility with the rope, but the rope can rub your fingers during certain movements, which doesn’t feel the best. Also, carabiners start to rip up the rope over time, so make sure you have better carabiners to avoid ripping it up. It’s $35 and is a great entry D handle.

I love these plates. They are easy to grab, made of great material, don’t clank (if you need a quiet workout or just hate the noise, and probably most importantly for me- they are the best option for not freezing your hands off with typical metal plates. I workout in a shed in Idaho, so these are much nicer to my hands when it’s cold outside. People say weight is weight, but for me I interact with plates every workout and my wife was all in so it made it even easier. They are definitely expensive- very extra! Also, when I first got them there were some minor flaws so Rep let me keep the plates and sent me extra plates. Customer service is awesome and they are my favorite plates I’ve used. Disclaimer that they are not American made, but I don’t think there are urethane plates made in the states.

I bought the BoS light commercial rack off FB marketplace for a cheap price. So naturally, I got the BoS cable attachment. It opened up a lot of options for lat pulldown, low rows, curls and tricep extensions. It attaches easily and performs as expected for a budget cable system. It feels relatively smooth for what it is, although if you don’t have the same weight on each side of the horns then it gets really mad at you. Buttttt, the absolute biggest oversight and worst thing about this system is that the exit point for the top pulley is behind the crossbeam of the power rack, which causes the cable to drag significantly on the top cross beam, which limits movements like face pulls and single arm chest flies. This limitation alone makes me want to upgrade my cable system, and inherently my rack sooner than I otherwise would have.
