The work well they can get stuck in the peg board. But once they are set they fit great.

Mine is a piece of bamboo from the back yard. I also have a piece of pvc that is flexible and loadable.

I am not a big chain guy but they definitely ad weight progressively over the lift. Just not my cup of tea.

Frankly I have no issues with these they work well for a multitude of uses. I mostly use it for cable driven back extensions.

It aint much but its mine. I have a pile of horse stall mats that I use. Works well and its economical. I also love the off gas smell.

Saved these from a scrap yard. More than likely they will become chalk bowl stand bases. Cool piece of history but definately many better options for squat safety.
