I paid way more than currently listed during covid. Pretty compact leg press combo machine relative to other options. Hack squats feel great with hard yoga blocks on shoulders. The sled without weight is ~75lbs but loading up for more is easy for all options. Leg press is limited due to the foot plate width. Removing the safety bracket under the seat helps as well as a soft yoga pad behind your back. Tough to justify buying with subpar leg press ability and for just hack squatting.

These were my first roller (and first j cup on 3x3 rack). After getting used to the roller and return feature, I grew to like it that when I got a sandwich j cup later I had to readjust my setup (and brain) again that I end up missing the features. Despite the usefulness of the roller and return for squats and bench, the tolerance is terrible. When loaded, one will angle further out than the other which doesn’t effect anything but is annoying because of the cost. Additionally these wear down like crazy with my OPB (or anything else with knurl) and will need to be replaced at $50 plus more over time making it a terrible value compared to a sandwich jcup that does show wear but not to the level where I’m thinking about replacement. Overall, cool product but quality and value don’t justify the features.

Super simple install on my Rogue RM-3. Used the Bob feet on the bottom then the existing 1” bolt with a 5/8” bolt to maximize the height to be able to do standing press (I’m 5’8”). Used the Midas shorty power bar to clear a garage door clearance I have to be able to stow the smith on my pull up bar at max height. I’ve also swapped it out with the Titan Cambered bar for an big pump. The safety hooks due bend in against the mag pins under higher loads but no issues or major safety concerns. Love the feel and control doing rows and bench work. With the full rod, I don’t feel the seam. Hip thrust do need a platform but I could also remove the safeties to go without. Max gains, max pump, maxed out on the rogue rack.

This is bar that will humble you. Squats are great and changed my mentality completely on good mornings by making it way more comfortable than a straight bar and allowing me to focus on my posterior. The padding is great and comfortable with everything I could throw at it in terms of lifts. The handles can get annoying as they spin rotate lifting at times. The biggest and most humbling aspect of this bar is storing it. Due to the overall weight, weight distribution, and crummy rubber handles, it’s a workout on its own to get this bar to go where you want it to while it’s not on your back.

Bought these for my Monster Safety Straps. Got them on a discount but the pin length just barely clears the bracket. Good enough for now and not wanting to buy more 5/8ths mag pins since I have 1” racks. Using Fringe Sport mag pins for 1”, those come with longer lengths, better magnets, and an additional pin hole for added protection.

Fantastic bench. Incredibly solid. The pad while firm is very grippy and comfortable. Flat benching I feel engaged into the bench and the width keeps my shoulders locked in. The zero gap is a great and easy to use feature. The head rest drop feature makes it really hard for me to ever consider a bench that doesn’t have it. Seated presses, seated cable flys, rows, all a game changer. This for some people could completely eliminate the need for rack mounted pads. The bench is pretty easy to move around although the angle has to be just right for the wheels not to catch. Moving over taped seams on my horse mats, the wheels can get caught. It’s capable of standing upright for storage which is hugely convenient for small spaces. I haven’t used or had any attachments as I was looking for the other features. That being said the features of just the bench are premium but at the $750 cost range, this is definitely on the high end compared to others but it does have features that not any other one bench has for cheaper.

This thing is a tank. Incredibly modular and Rogue has so many attachments to make it your own. Definitely comes at a higher premium but the quality in assembly and paint is superb. Shipping is terrible and prepare yourself for some level of damage and Rogue being hit or miss in response (I had uprights reshipped twice). Having a Rogue Indy Rhino at 24” and now this RM-3 at 30”, 30” is definitely the perfect depth for squats and bench and just space to let your ass breathe in general. 24” is too cramped and 43” is a space eater

Very deep stretch for pressing that feels great. I have no other utility for it other than that. Used it on Fringe Sport BOB and felt great. The knurling is barely there. The camber is really wide to that forces a wide grip as well. The balance is off too so you need to control for the camber wanting to spin. For the cost and unique add to routine, would recommend.
