These came with my high/low pulley but they now sell for $100. These work great with VTS. You can also take out the middle bolt and use them for different things like close grip bicep curls or something similar though thats a stretch. But if you are creative, these are basically extra long dumbbells.

These are my favorite band pegs. They look nice and are solid but man they are way too much $$$ vs other options that work just as well.

They are built like tanks and lock into place with a hitch pin. However they take up too many holes, I'd get low profile if buying again today.

I've got a number of old york and dan lurie collar locks. Many are marked though some are not. They are awesome display pieces and super cool but for use, they are terrible and I used to hate using them. My father still uses them to this day.

These are fine plates, I've only got some 5s and 10s. I am not a fan of the style or finish. But they are accurate enough and can be found for less than $1lb on sale and worth picking up for those prices.

I've got several of these laying around. Decades old and they look it. Nice patina and tons of dents and scratches but they work just as well as they did day 1. I've got both dan lurie and york ones from sets and they are both identical. No markings or way to tell which is which. I've got the barbells that go with these sets too.

I've had these for about 2 years now, picked them up on an amazon black friday clearance deal for around $60. I got them thinking I'd get into oly lifts. Turns out I do this about once a year until I realize I hate oly lifts, so these collect dust. They do work, do prevent noise, etc. I build a small wooden platform to put in between them so that it was even for DLs but I also have titan tiles which protect the floor just as well. Only thing I dont like about crash pads is they aren't the easiest to load and the do sink a bit when loaded.

I've got about a 100lbs of these 10lb old york standard plates in varying conditions. I will restore them if they get too rusty otherwise I try to keep as is. These are great for adjustable dumbbells. I am a big fan of older York gear so very biased towards it. These are well worth saving and picking up at yard sales.
