These plates are ok. I've got a set of 10s and 25s that i picked up for my lat pulldown years ago. They are easy to pick up and nice grippy rubber. The issue with these other than I hate the style/look is that the center is wide but plates are thing, so there is space when stacking or putting them together. I will try to get pic of them sideways to show this.

I ended up getting these for free many years ago after titan messed up my order and just gave me the whole cart for free. I've tried to make them work 50 different ways, pulling them out every 8-12 months to try again. The issue is they are heavy and a huge pain to get into place. And if I do just keep them set up on my rack then they are taking up the upright. There's really no way to fix jammer arms even with all of the million mods. Currently I have these set up on my second rack and using them for leg press, its not a bad movement at all, especially with bands added, but no way would I put these on my main rack and no way I recommend them.

I've got the PR5000 roller that uses a pin on the end to hold it in place. There's a slight wobble but as soon as you put weight/pressure on the roller its stabilized. I use these for all sorts of things - split squat, hyperextensions, etc. I do with they were a little longer. Otherwise these were a great buy when they were sub $50.

Picked up this elliptical used for $125. I use it all of the time for zone 2 work and when injured. I am a huge fan of ellipticals because they have been the only machine I have been able to use throughout multiple running injuries. While this machine works, I never plug it in (wife does though). I just get on and go and use my phone/watch for time/HR/Calories. Really great machine that has a good stride length for me at 6'. Just as good as the commercial ones in the gym.

I got these plates in a full weider gym set in the early 2000s. They came with a lat pulldown, barbell, and bench. I've 2.5s to 45lbs that I keep at my parents house. While they are easy to carry and my dad likes them for that, I am not a fan of the look or finish of these plates at all. They are fine though so if you see them for a deal used, they are worth picking up.

Got these in a adj dumbbell set in the early 2000s. I still have the spinlock bars and these plates. I use the plates on a few machines I have that take standard sizes. These look great after all these years. Occasional rust spots that I clean off but otherwise I really like the look of these. Odd sizes though my set was a mix of 5lb and 3lb plates. Never saw another 3lb plate anywhere lol

Cant say enough good things about my c2. I picked mine up used about 4 yrs ago for $650 with hardly any use at all. I actually dont use the PM5 much anymore and mostly just keep track of my stats on my phone with my watch tracking everything. I keep it stored upright, so it only takes up a 2x2 space. Great cardio machine and the only rower I'd recommend.

There are like 10 brands of these exact ones on amazon. They do sort of work but the issue is since the top is open, if you accidentally move the bar too much when you first pull on it, it can shift position to another slot. This was a huge pain with chest supported rows, they were nearly impossible to do but I even had the same issue everyone once in a while with lat pulldowns. I have both the small and large sizes and just dont use either. Get an attachment like this with holes that dont allow the handles to shift places.
