I use this all of the time for wrist work. I connect it to my rack using a 1" safety pin, not bells connector. It fits perfectly on my rep safety pin but not my rogue pin. Overall great option for wrist curls. There is no knurl so it can get slippery so I have some hockey tape on it to prevent that.

Bench is fine but I've got a few issues with it and I'd recommend buying a different bench. The leg roller can get in the way during bench and other exercises, I had that it doesn't come off. This bench also does not have vertical storage. Overall its fine and I don't mind using it, I just wouldn't choose it especially with all of the options out there today.

Its a nice box but way overpriced. It also does take up a lot of floor space. I'd recommend getting something cheaper.

These are the best plates in existence imo. I grew up using York plates and have lots of nostalgia when using these. They are the correct weight and have the best look. I've got one set that I've restored and would love to get more they just don't go on sale in my area. But for the price, typically $1lb on average, you can't beat these.

Love these standard size plates. Got them from the York store in PA. They are priced well. I've got fixed dumbbells up to 45lbs and use plate loaded after that and I've got numerous machines that take standard plates. These are one of my fav ones because they are so thin.

These work but only with light weights. I find as soon as you even put a few 10lb plates on the end these will slide during use which can be dangerous. Having said that, for use with machines to keep plates on a bar, like a lat pulldown, these are fantastic. Just wouldn't recommend for dumbbells.

My only complaint about this bar is the knurl - its just too mild. Otherwise for the price, it functions as the bar should and for most people I think its fine. I do use it but will be replacing at some point with a much nicer bar that has a better feel, finish, and knurl but will also probably cost 5-10x as much.

It works as a lat pulldown bar but I would never buy it again. The knurl is terrible, its very heavy and and long, just really awkward to even want to use. For around the same price or a little more there are much better lat pulldown bars out there. This sits in my pile of shame.
