AB has the best sleeves of any bar by far. However, I am not the biggest fan of this bar. The knurl was just way too mild to enjoy it. Also I don't like cerakote and one gym I was at that had the neon green AB CA bar had nearly no cerakote left on it, only near the sleeves, otherwise it was a completely bare bar. Now of course thats commercial so that stuff gets abused but that gym had many other cerakote bars of different brands and none were even close to as worn as this.

There are great deals in the boneyard and I've bought a DL, OPB, Bella, and Stump from there and all have come flawless. I also paid really good prices on them. DL was zinc and I paid $195, SS OPB - $225, Pink Cerakote Bella for wife - $225, and Stump is SS $250. My only hesitation to give boneyards 4 stars is that sometimes the prices aren't great and sometimes the bars come messed and there's nothing you can do about it. I've seen it happen numerous times. So for new people, just know its always a risk buying from the boneyard but statistically most of the bars are brand new.

Im not the biggest fan of these attachments. The rope never feels perfectly even and it tends to hurt my hands at higher weights. But for the money its worth picking one of these up when first starting out

This is a great tricep bar and will work just as well as one that costs 10x the amount. But I prefer my rogue v bar due to the better knurl and rotating center.

Its a pretty good tricep attachment and works well for its purpose. However there are two problems with it. The first is that if you use it for say rows, it would bend, its not very strong. Second is the company owner scammed tons of people for their money and no one should ever buy from steadfast if they ever come back as a company. I was lucky and my item actually shipped

I really like how these feel. Nicer than my generic cap ones. However they are one of the only pieces of gym equip that Ive seen rust. Entire set has rust spots on nearly every single one. This is my buddy's garage and none of his other gear is rusting like this so we can't figure out the issue.

Awesome rack. Ive got the grey uprights and got them for free from iron bull since one of my videos helped inspire the design. Took forever to get them but the ability to fully use 5/8 and 1 is really awesome. These are great for VTS hooks too. They are custom made, so very expensive for uprights. I am not sure they still ship to the US, I am pretty sure I am one of the last for now but hopefully they come back. Its a very cool design. I connected them with several titan pull up bars and 24" crossmembers

These work well as band pegs but they seem hollow, like plate horns. You cant put the same pressure on these as you can with solid band pegs. They are good just know what your use is before buying
