It’s huge, heavy, and bulky. That’s not necessarily a bad thing since stability will never be an issue. Moving it around can be an issue but it depends on the individual. The bench will last a lifetime but you have to question whether this massive, heavy bench will be worth it to you.

This is a very solid cambered bar. I wish that the knurling started right where the camber ends but it’s not a deal breaker. Other than that, it’s exactly what you want in a bar. It’s thick and has a good hand feel with the knurling.

This is the only piece of equipment that will actually give you a stronger bench press. If you don’t have this banner, do you truly bench heavy?

If you need a little extra height on your rack, this is a fantastic option. The quality is top notch and has a cool look to them with the Black Widow branding. There are cheaper options but you know exactly the quality you are getting with BWTG and you get to support a small business.

They work as intended until they don’t—I recently had one break down the middle. Putting them on can be a pain sometimes as well. There are better options out there as these will eventually wear out on you.

This is exactly what a power bar should be. The knurling is perfect and the production quality is apparent when you look at the bar. This should be the first bar in your gym.

It does everything that it says it does and it does it well. When it rotates, it feels very smooth. Thr biggest issue is the price point. You pay over double what you pay for the Rogue Rotating V Grip just for a locking mechanism and I don’t think that it’s worth it. Just go buy the Rogue one.

These are currently the best adjustable dumbbell on the market but they are not perfect. They are bomb proof and they are a smaller form factor versus some of the competition. Sometimes the plates do stick to each other but it’s nothing major.
