The viking press handles are bolted together not welded like other viking press bars out there but is sturdy enough. There is enough space in between for your head. The handles are thick like an axle bar and wish it was knurled so makes the bar slippery if your sweating. The issue I have is the tightening knob is small and feels like it's going to break when you crank it down to tighten it... It was not worth the hype at first hahaha but maybe after this review I will use it abit and put it away lmao...

Works well and its worth the exhaustive training. Bag I have is the 125lbs to 200lbs sandbag and is adaptable to 4 50lbs bag inserts that go into it... Sand or stone required I opted for sand and let me tell you using sandbags is brutal for workouts so I commend those that implement these workouts in everyday training now because I live in Canada and winter is long and brutal I switch my training style during seasons so I use this sandbag every other day outdoors and absolutely love it and paid just over 80$ and still lasts till this day... Well this was a purchase because the Canadian Market and our dollar in the USA are not the same in value made this quick buy for the price point as my other bar snapped in half yes it snapped in half lmao was a old marketplace buy but it snapped so bought this barbell very good knurl has great whip for olympic style lifting and it is red and spins very well and fast surprisingly this barbell is worth every penny one day I will get a brand name barbell but for now she is a keeper...
