Spring Collars: Everyone has owned a pair of these at some point in their home gym journey, they are the chrome curl bar of collars they just come with the house when you decide it’s time to start a home gym. I used these for a few years without any issues on most lifts but they didn’t stay very secure on deadlifts. Good value colllars if you get free but I’d never pay for These.

STAR TRAC Star Trac Spinner Commercial grade spin bike used in spinning classes and general cardio. Built well and does what it’s supposed to do, you just have to decide if a spin bike is what your looking for. We owned this bike 2015-2018

Plyometric Box - Custom/DIY Somewhat easy DIY project make sure you don’t cut corners when making one as that could end poorly. We had one 2017-2020 just didn’t use it enough to justify the space.

York Barbell Vintage Buns & Globes Buns and Globs are the dumbbells that pre-date York Roundheads. The buns are the lighter ones up to 45 and the globes go 50-100 if I recall. I owned a pair of 55s for a couple years. They are a cool novelty dumbbell but not what I would want as my daily driver.

Fitness Gear Pro HR500 squat rack For home owner quality, not a rack I’d recommend unless you find it super cheap and understand it’s not a high quality piece. The built in plate storage is a plus but it’s overall quality and lack of heavy duty feel is a red flag Owned briefly in 2017 as a secondary rack.

Rogue Echo Squat Stand 2.0 Very light duty squat stand, not one I would recommend unless it’s purchased very cheap and just understand it’s limitations. Owed one briefly in 2018

Atlas Stones are a staple to strongman training. A well made Ayala stone is a great thing, I have used very good stones and some not so good stones. If you have the space the are definitely cool, I’m lucky hating use them on strongman Saturdays at the local strongman gym so I haven’t worried about fitting stones into my garage gym yet.

Basic j cups that come stock on monster lite racks. Nothing special but do the job.
