These are extremely light weight and not stable. Great if your using them for a curl bar stand but I would NOT recommend trying to squat or bench out of these unless your PR is a broom stick. Owned briefly in 2025 for the garage gym.

I have had these fat gripz for about a decade and use them a few times a year. Nice to turn some of my basic cable attachments into fat handle attachments. And toss them on dumbbells for some variation.

I have aquires a few pairs of these over the last decade and always ended up selling them off. They just don’t offer any real functionality in my gym. I did use a pair once to store my curl bar but that was short lived. If I didn’t already have an awesome chalk bowl I’d consider making one out of these and a stainless mixing bowl.

One can’t just own 1 Texas power bar bars you most several. I bought this in 2018 to match up the bars the local meet director uses. No complaints about the squat bar. Not really necessary unless you’re a big boy or have shit mobility or in my case just like to practice how he plays Owned a black oxide one for years and upgraded to orange cerakote.

If you don’t have room for a full size deadlift jack, this is a cheap alternative that does ok. I use this semi l regularly when needed to add plates when doing block pulls or if we have a second deadlift bar set up on the other Side of the gym not near the full jack.

This is the strap that came with my rogue reverse hyper I purchased off marketplace. Does the job never had any issue, have used worse set ups in public gyms over the years.

I have owner elite FTS bands for neaerly a decade and the are all still going strong. They can add some variety to barbell movement using them as resistance or assistance as well as vital for warm ups and some accessory lifts. Purchased new in 2016

Smooth yet easy to grip. I have used these many times over the years at the LHLE and a few lifts at massenomics gym. If I had to replace all the plates in my gym with something that manufactured today these would be it. One of the few American made plates that check all the box’s for me. I own a pair of 1.25s purchased in 2023
