I have used these a bit back in my commercial training days when I was working with a personal trainer. The are ok and do what they are supposed to do but make sure heh are locked into place or you will bust your ass
Used one of these several times in a commercial gym while working with a personal trainer year’s ago. I didn’t find it all that useful but more of a fad product. I did like using it for some stability training on my bum ankle
Used these at LA fitness for several years, true commercial grade dumbbells. The seems to have held up for several years with no issues from my time there.
Fair value wagon wheels. Have seen some in commercial gyms that have seen better days and have flat spots but for the price they are a good buy for a home gym.
The spotter arms are very essential is you have one of the squat stands. They are also a great add on to a rack if you do work on the outside of it. These are a better set up than the overbuilt monster line and allow to be mounted lower since they take up less holes I must of have an older model as I never had a pair with the pin to lock into place and need had issue with mine moving without a pin.
