This is definitely a 5 star review, for all of the different Boneyard bars I've had over time from Rogue. Currently, I have a blue/black cerakote Toomey seconds for my wife. She's a UM grad, so a blue barbell is a must for her. The 25mm diameter is great for her hands and the passive knurl is what she prefers in a barbell. It wouldn't be my favorite bar, but it is hers and makes her happy. Throw some yellow clamps on them and shes in Michigan heaven. I also owned a Boneyard Ohio bar, a CB-4, some dumbbells, and a deadlift bar. In all cases, I was unable to find anyting amiss - no double track knurling, no physical blemishes, miscoatings, whatever. All of the bars were in excellent condition shipped, no rust or any damage to the sleeves or shaft. Yes, you're giving up the warranty of the thing, but when the seconds come out better than many importers' firsts, I'd glady take my chances with a Rogue BY bar if wanting to save money and get a quality barbell that I'd trust. Just stay away from ecoat. It's disgusting on their barbells.

These are excellent plates if you’re looking for a combination of price and quality. They can take a beating but the rubber does get pretty beat up. But they’re cost effective, or at least they were at a little bit over $2.25 shipped once upon a time. At $3 plus tax per pound for a set, not as great a value, considering you can get Fringe Savages for much less. The Rogue name means nothing with Chinese made bumpers that everyone else sells, IMO. But at the right price these are good. I sold them to get comp bumpers and eventually sold those for the Savages. I’d go straight for those and skip the Echos at the current price.

I ordered these for super cheap prior to covid and just recently sold them off. I just wasn’t really using them any longer. I had done some cleans before my shoulders got too bad and was down to using them as weights for my earthquake bar. I swapped them out for fatbells, and now center mass bells. Those both are just more practical for me than kettlebells. I know you can do a whole lot with KBs but it’s just not part of my training. As for these in particular, there’s not much to differentiate these with all of the other similar ones, they’re all pretty much the same. So I’d go with whatever is the cheapest TBH.

This is the BEST power bar available, pound-for-pound. This is a huge improvement on the 28.5mm TPB, even though God may strike me dead for uttering such blasphemy. But it's out there, I've said it. And it is true. This is how the Ohio Power Bar gets itself to work every day. It's that good of a daily driver. I have owned a lot of damned barbells. I have owned nicer constructed barbells. I've owned barbells with sharper knurling. Stickier knurling. More expensive. Less expensive. They all have pros and cons. But when you pick up a 7th Gen TPB, you know you've ascended onto a whole different plain of pressing existence. The improvement over the 28.5mm TPB is down to a thicker shaft, however slight, that creates a firmer grip on your hands and a more powerful knurl to connect with your calluses. It grips just a bit snugger onto your back. It's firmness is enough so that you don't bounce plates coming out of the hole. In a word, perfection.

I purchased this after selling my Echo bike. The reason I sold the Echo was because I hated HIIT. I don't know why I thought getting this bike would make me hate HIIT any less, but I'm not the smartest guy on the planet. I was impressed with this product compared to the Echo bike. For starters, it is much more comfortable in the seat and the seat isn't as high up, if that makes any sense. Plus, again, this ounds odd, but it is built sturdier than the Echo bike. I really enjoyed having it. The problem was that I still hated HIIT. So I barely used it. The good news is that I bought it for $599 on BF (probably 2023?) and was able to sell it for the same amount of money about a year later when they raised the price to $999. If I were to get a bike for HIIT, this would be my choice, hands down. I do prefer steady state cardio, if I do cardio at all, and then it's going to be the Peloton.

Wide pad is where it’s at homes! The feel of the vinyl and the firmness of the pad is spot on.

This is my current daily driver. I’ve got nothing but pleasant things to say about the bench. Finish, padding, functionality, sturdiness, ability to slightly decline. I’m not a wild man about having specific angles so it all works for me. Premium quality at an affordable price.

I’ve had some iteration of the PR-4000 since 2020 and it replaced the Amazon rack I had started with in 2019 when I started my gym. They’ve made a couple of big improvements over the first rack I bought from them - namely the weight stack on the lat pull down and the Ares and Athena systems they’ve created over the years. I’m very happy with the colorways and the ability to use all four sides of the rack - something not offered by other manufacturers.
