Another set of plates I tried out during covid as they came available. These were pretty hard to work with and I sold them pretty quickly. I paid $668 with tax and shipping at the time and currently the 260lb set I got comes in at $667 (plus another $60 with tax), so about 10% more than what they were in 2020, which isn't so bad considering what the cost of everything has increased by since then. However, a 3" 45lb plate is absolutely egregious and I can't see how anyone would want that much plate width, and especially given the fact that a set of Echos is $80 less expensive. I guess the military gets shafted on pricing by the vet Henniger, which seems pretty sleezy to me. Fringe offers pairs of these too and they're about as thick, but cheaper, with pairs of 45s being less than $2 before shipping. If you need these for the ACTF or whatever, get them from Fringe instead of Rogue.

Meh. I got these with my first Rep rack, before I smartened up and started buying uprights and shit instead of a whole rack. Didn’t like them very much and out they went with the black rack.

Sexy and smooth. I really enjoy having these, if only in small increments. So they’re decorative more than useful, but it’s still a pretty nice thing to have in my gym.

How is this not a 5 star product. Just touching these makes you feel like this is bigger than you. I am just borrowing these bad boys until it’s someone else’s turn. Hopefully my kids will keep these in the family and pass them on. If not, hope they go to someone who will appreciate them as I do.

Nothing wrong with these at all. They didn’t fit on my PrX wall storage because of the design, so I sold and got the Titan X-3 version. Otherwise I’d have it.

This is not a good thing to have in your gym. It takes up a lot of space for 5-25lb dumbbell storage. I got rid of it almost as soon as I bought it. Would not recommend unless 5-25 is all you aspire to in life.

I honestly don't know what the hell these plates are. They have a USA stamp on them. They also have grips. But they're not anything I've seen anywhere and the internet is silent on what the hell they are. I paid $1/lb for them and they sit on my reverse hyper, so they do a thing like they're supposed to do a thing. But I'm not sure when they were made. I emailed Vintage Rob and he didn't respond. He's responded to me on other things, so who knows, maybe he doesn't know either. I'll keep them, given they're doing what they're supposed to do. Oh, and they're double sided, more's the mystery.

Meh. Middle of the road to lower end bar. Too wide but the handles are where they need to be for pressing. Sold this years ago and happy to have done so.
