I'm too far off the leaderboard to even admit that I have one of these things. Shame! Shame! Shame! Seriously, though, this is a fun grip test, humbling, and really connects me to the inventor, Matthew Horstall.
I bought these when they first came out and the price has gone up some, but not much. I'd buy them at the current price also, and they replaced my Eleiko Oppen collars as the collar of choice for me in my gym. I've got Rogue HD and Oso Mighty collars as well. I'm just a big fan of these. The knurling on the collar is outstanding. It's just a really satisfying piece of kit to use. I've got the black and the red colors and the red is by far better as a color on this thing.
I'm a big fan of this little machine. It takes up no space in the gym the way I've nestled it into some wasted space between my rear delt/pec fly and functional trainer. My son wanted this machine to work his forearms and wrists and I used it routinely as well. Way too much weight on it, but it looks cool, especially with the Plate Snacks cling on it.
I absolutely love this attachment. I feel like Arnold in that one picture when I'm pulling this thing during a low row. Absolutely the perfect knurling on this and the chrome doesn't look cheap, like some chromes do on lower priced attachments. I really like the Bare Steel products I own and would gladly continue buying from them if there are additional products that make sense for the gym.
It sits up on the top of the Wall Control because my son doesn’t like it. I like it, but I don’t do preacher curls that way since I have a machine for that and I like that better. I’m happy to support a good company that gets ideas from the community and collaborates with them. It’ll get used at some point. Quality and price are spot on.
Just got this in not too long ago. I like it so far, typical Abmat quality product and it fits the niche its intended to fit. I like the height of the pad because I don't end up with a dumbbell on my bench.
I got one of these things. And you should too. The price is right and it lasts forever. And it does a great job of getting the skin and blood and chalk and vomit off of your barbells. Or not, if you don't have those things to deal with.
It's heavy. Really heavy. So grab a tractor tire and swing this thing and make your whole world hurt like hell. It doesn't ever get easier. And if you want to make it worse, just add more weight to the thing. I mean, not sure what could be worse.
