The gateway drug to vintage plate collecting. Affordable, cool, and do what they need to do

I have been a big Ironmaster fan for a long time, and this is one of my favorite pieces of theirs. I feel like it gets mentioned a lot less than other similar attachments like the Black Widow, but it achieves all the same things. Neutral and pronated grip, adjustable from the widest of wide to extremely narrow. Hole at the top allows it to be threaded onto a 2" barbell and used for landmine rows. Extremely versatile. One nitpick, I had to keep my close-grip rowing extension because the neutral grip handles don't align perfectly with the cable you're attaching too, so they twist forward or backward at a slight angle when you pull and your grip can begin to slide off the handle. Also, I personally would like more aggressive knurling.

They do what they claim to do, the rollers are getting eaten up by my Rogue Aggro bar's knurling, but I think most things that get that bar slammed into them will get eaten up eventually. Allows you to smoothly move the bar left and right, even under load. My one complaint about these is the tolerances. I'm putting a Titan roller on a Titan (T-3) rack, and one roller is so tight I struggle to get it on and off, and the other was so tight it just wouldn't go on the rack. I solved both issues with a snading belt and took off a layer of plastic, but still would expect the J-cups to fit on the rack given the price of them.

I love these handles. I don't use them too often, but when I do they're the only thing that can fill that niche. For me, especially for chest flyes, allowing my wrists to rotate my palms slightly (10 degrees or so) downward at the outer stretch of the movement actually saves me a lot of shoulder pain, and makes it possible to do volume. Given the price, I had to knock points off around build quality. The rubber handles feel cheap and are sticky. I ended up buying the 3d printed Darko handle replacement, I had doubts about 3d printed knurling, but they're a massive upgrade and make these handles feel amazing on the hand.
